I downloaed a update for my table to update the system but I downloaded the wrong one "I guess the china version" so now i have tryed the other file hopfully the one in english and be able to have us version of google play but It will now alow the install. so What can I do because now my tablet is not useable because i cant ever get on to google play

I understand that you are looking to change the version of Andriod on your tablet as you accidentally installed a China Version of OS, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you. 

 

Recommend you resetting the tablet and checking it. Follow the procedure mentioned below or refer to 'Resetting an HP 10 or HP 10 Plus Tablet' section in this article

 

With the tablet powered off, press and hold the volume up (+) and volume down (-) and power buttons at the same time.

When the HP logo displays on the screen, release the buttons.

When the Android system recovery menu displays, use the volume down (-) button to highlight Wipe data/factory reset.

 

If the issue persists, please contact our phone support for the service options.
