Description of Issue:  I am simply trying to upgrade the OS of these HP 7 1800 tablets from Jellybean to Nougat. One of the HP employees in the Forum told me it could be done and sent me a link from the HP website (http://hp.care/2ypXXhk). I downloaded the software update onto a micro SD card and followed the instructions but it did not change the OS of the tablet. It appeared to run through some sort of "update" and rebooted, but it did not change anything about the tablet. The OS was the same and all the apps were the same as before the "update." So I am simply wanting to determine if it is possible to upgrade from Jellybean to Nougat and how to do it. My stated frustration arises from being on hold with HP phone support on numerous occasions for well over three hours which to me is ridiculous. Please help me out of my frustration Jeff.  My Forum name is Hawky77
