Have had to quit playing games due to the inability of tablet to play.   Once you get far enough into animation throwdown can't play levels due to it crashing.    In war z 2 there is in game forge ability to increase character's ability but can't be accessed at all through tablet   have gone in circles trying to figure out if can change os but end result was an accidental erasezure of tablet.    I personally would never buy from HP or DELL due to these kind of issues.  Got tablet from third party cheap by the way  but if knew of issues would not have gotten it at all you guys need to get it together

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Unfortunately, HP has abandoned their Android market.  There are no more devices for sale, and many of the support files needed by Users are missing from their Support sites...   😞

 

Wish I had a better answer.  😞
