Product: slate 7 hd
Operating System: Android 4.4 KitKat

Ihave a slate 7 hd 3403 and the charging port/usb/jack pcb needs replacing, i have tracked down th part number  (743044-001), yet it seems to be un-available every where. Can anyone find out if the part no. has changed, or do i bin the tablet!

It doesn't look to be orderable from HP any longer, so you'll just have to scour the Internet for a 3rd party that offers the part or perhaps find a dead unit for sale and parts it out if it's worth enough to you for the expense and labor.
