My slatebook hasn‘t been working well.The touch screen was disabled and the base has stopped charging.However i use the touchpad from the base.Moreover,the charger often doesn‘t work.
Can you help me fix the charger please?

Check with an alternate charger if that works?
Connect the charger to another wall outlet to confirm the issue.
If nothing works, this could be a charger port failure.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
