Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

 

I understand that the battery of your HP HP Slate 6 VoiceTab i snot working and you would like to get a replacement battery, is that correct?

 

To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

  • Is the battery not charging at all?
  • Is the battery power draining out quickly?
  • Have you performed any diagnostics?

Meanwhile, I suggest you to refer to this HP document which explains what to do if you're sending a tablet to HP for service or exchange. 

 

I suggest you to reach out to our HP phone support to explore the hardware service options for your HP Slate 6 VoiceTab.
