Android 8.0 Oreo and older

i cannot find any scanned files after saving on hp smart app

scanning edit and saving is normal but after that i cannot find any saved file even old one

the folder icon on the app screen is missing and also hpscan folder in internal memory also missing

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

on Android smartphone, the APP will create a folder HP SCAN in the internal memory and all your scans document should available.

Hello there,

 

I had the same issue since last HP Smart update. 

It seems that all my scans are moved from hpscan folder to Downloads folder.

Try to find them here:

Home/Internal Memory/Downloads
