my hp 8 stuck on erasing  try to hold both the power button and the volume button together  has not worked

@marie671, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Perform a hard reboot. Press and hold the power button for more than eight seconds. After the tablet fully shuts down, wait a few seconds, and then press the power button to turn on the tablet. If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

 

Perform a Factory Reset on Your Tablet 

Refer to the steps mentioned in this document.
