I installed Windows 10 (clean Install) on my HP ENVY Notebook - 17t-n000 CTO (Touch).

I downloaded HP Support Assistant and installed all updates. But it didn't download drivers like BIOS Update, YouCam, Rapid Storage, 3D DriveGuard, CoolSense, SimplePass Identity Protection.

I ended up in downloading all these drivers separately and installed manually.

Is there anyway I can use HP Support Assistant to download all drivers available for the respective HP ENVY model?

After I downloaded the windows 10, it has slowed my labtop download quite a bit, how can I get it back to like it was before. Please help

I took your question to our HSPA team and this is what they had to say.

You have installed a clean windows 10 image using the windows drivers, Some drivers are shared between Microsoft and HP, but some other drivers are crafted specifically by HP for those machines. In this case the Windows drivers are different, and HP Support Assistant is not trying to replace the drivers chosen by you with the HP ones. That’s why not all updates are proposed by HP Support Assistant. Additionally HP Applications such as HP Coolsense are not part of the operating system and so HP Support Assistant will not propose any update for those.

If you decide to install the drivers and applications approved and provided by HP, then HP support Assistant will monitor your system and will keep all the HP drivers  and applications up to date. For example, once you install HP Coolsense, HP Support Assistant will then know you have it and keep it up to date.
