Videos really are the "wave of the future" with regard to customer support.  HP has recognized this shift and we've been working hard to meet the demands of our customers who choose video as their preferred method of support.

 

You can find many help videos on HP's YouTube support channel, but this week, we feature another steller video thread crafted by our resident video dude, skippyjohnson.

 

top20_2012-03-09.JPGIn the post of the week, skippyjohnson has shared 6 "Getting Started with ePrint" videos, each pertaining to a different model printer.  Are you having trouble getting your ePrint printer to work?  Or having issues getting set up on HP ePrintCenter?  Head on over to skippy's thread, and get your questions answered by watching one of the available videos.

 

Now for the Top 20 Posters of the Week!  Paul_Tikkanen blew away the competition this week.  He posted an AMAZING 338 times.  DavidPK tallies in at just under 200 posts, and banhien with "only" 175.  Fantastic show, gentlemen!  You really do make a difference in the lives of so many of our members here, whether it's by reducing frustration, or saving time, or salvaging important files.  Kudos to you!
