top20_2011-02-25.jpgErico used detailed instructions, screenshots, external links, and manuals to help trugge2 with his problem.  The exchange was a lengthy one, with several questions and responses, but ultimately, the issue was resolved in approximately one day. Trugge2 even returned to the forums (using his functioning wireless!) to thank erico.  Impressive job, erico!  To see the highlighted thread, click here.

 

Check out the chart on the right to see the top 20 posters for the week. DavidPK is in the top spot for the 2nd week in a row with 246 posts (WOW!), followed by erico, and Big_Dave. Congratulations.
