In this lengthy thread, HaggisCat and erico each chimed in with their suggestions, using a combination of images, software suggestions, links to other forums, and screenshots.  top20_2011-03-25.jpgPeter_Rob ultimately found his solution on the HP Support Website, but he returned to detail the steps he performed. 

 

Great teamwork all three of you, and a special thanks to Peter_Rob for posting such a clear solution!  Hopefully it helps other customers who may experience similar issues in the future.

 

There are no surprises in the Weekly Top 20 Posters.  Erico is #1 and DavidPK is #2; these two have shared the top two spots for the last four weeks!  Do I sense a friendly competition here? 🙂  Big_Dave also continues to hold his #3 title, with 121 posts, stellar job!
