In this week's featured post, forum member, Icehouse, came to the Community looking for help with his PC that had crashed.  He suspected the he'd need a BIOS update, and he did his part by providing a wealth of information about his setup.

 

One of our top HP Ambassadors, RasterBlaster took the case, and walked Icehouse through the necessary steps to fix this issue.  Ultimately a BIOS update was necessary, which Icehouse installed successfully.  It was a long exchange, but quickly solved.  Great work, RasterBlaster!

Icehouse's questions were answered, and he was satisfied, "Thank you for all your help, and thanks today for the HP Total Care Event here !!!!!!!."  This was a common theme during Expert Day.  Many, many issues were fixed, our Experts had good time helping out, and customers loved it!  To learn more about Expert Day and to find information about the next one, go here.

 

Now it's time to announce the top posters of the week - keep in mind that these results are from last week, so they don't include the numbers from Expert Day.  I can't wait to share those standings next week!  In first place for the 3rd week in a row is DavidPK, with a huge 241 posts.  In 2nd is PrintDoc and 3rd is Big_Dave.  Great showing, guys!

 

Thank you to everyone who was able to help someone out on the boards this week - you absolutely make a difference!  Expert Day was FUN, wasn't it? 🙂
