I called and did what was recommended but am still experiencing the issue. I am now engaging with my employer IT group to see if the problem is really with the Customer Service platform I use for work to take calls.

 Please follow the troubleshooting steps:

 

  • Set the headset as a default audio device under PC sound settings.
  • Ensure that only one softphone application is opened at a time.
  • Set the targeted softphone under Poly Lens application.
  • Try connecting the headset using native Bluetooth.
  • Ensure your headset firmware is up-to-date.
  • Test the headset with different softphone and PC.
