Hi,

Been happily using this headset for a few years, now when switching on it says "Power On, Battery High, Bluetooth off"

 

The bluetooth switch does not attempt pair, sliding it just says "battery high"

 

Have reset the settings to default using the hub software.

 

Was thinking is a button combination that disabled the bluetooth on the headset somehow, appreciate any assistance?

Hi,

Does anyone in Poly/Plantronics still have knowledge how this headset was designed? Someone designed it to say "bluetooth off" in a specific circumstance so I dont think they are faulty. However I as far as I can see this state is not documented anywhere in the public domain.

 

Not looking for replacement or repair, they work fine in wired mode still.
