Voyager 8200

The BT700 for my V8200 no longer lights up pink when I'm not on a call. It's red or blinking blue, the same as on a call. Neither of those makes sense because when I am on a call, red means I'm muted, and blinking blue means I'm talking. My V5200 has the same function change. I recently updated to Poly Lens 2.1. Why was this status light removed?

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with the Voyager 5200 UC. I understand how important it is to have your headset functioning properly, and I’m here to assist you in resolving this.
 

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below and test the headset:
 

Connect the headset via USB cable to your PC

  • Use the Poly Lens application to verify and update the headset’s firmware.

Reset the headset

  • Perform a reset using the Poly Lens application on your PC.

If the issue still persists, I would request you contact our HP Support, and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.
