Hi,
I recently got this headset and have been trying to get this headphone to work. Nothing works at all, period. I plug in the USB and instantly the USB is flashing purple and Windows recognizes the USB dongle but doesnt associate it as an Audio device. I have tried to reset the USB dongle and attempted the solution in the KT - nope, doesn't work. I have tried this on 4 computers, NONE have the ability to recognize and give me simple audio and voice capabilities.
When I try to pair this to my phone, its apparently not supported and doesnt work. I even downloaded the Platronics HUB and updated the firmware, nope, still does not work. It's fully charged, I have been trying to put it into PAIRING mode and nothing works. I seriously want to chuck this headset away.

The BT600 is a USB dongle that enables many of our award-winning headsets to be connected to a PC/Mac
Unfortunately, you have failed to provide any details on what kind of headset you are using and/or if this is a brand new unit.
We can only suggest contacting the organization that sold this to you for a return or contact headset.helpline@poly.com?
