Voyager FOCUS2 M

Hi everyone,
I'm using a Voyager Focus 2 Series headset with a BT700 dongle, both updated to the latest firmware. However, on Windows 11, the microphone volume is extremely low — when I run tests, the input level is only about 3%.

Interestingly, if I position the microphone in a very specific spot, people can hear me, but if I move it even 1 millimeter, no one can hear me at all.
On Android, though, the microphone works perfectly fine and has good sound quality.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there anything I can do to fix this issue on Windows 11?

Thanks in advance for your help!
