Hello Community,

 

2x POLY BT Headset Voyager 4320 UC

 

It seems like, the Headsets accidentally connected with each others Bluetooth connector. How is it possible to separate the connection of those Bluetooth devices? Factory default in “poly lens” doesn’t work.

Hello ECLiA, welcome to the HP Poly community.
I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly 4320 UC.
Could you please power cycle the headset by draining the charge of the headsets completely by switching it on and once the power is completely drained? 
Please charge the headset one at a time once again and then repair it to the required device.
