I am experiencing persistent Bluetooth connectivity issues with my laptop. When I connect Bluetooth earphones, the audio frequently disconnects or fails to route through the earphones — instead, it continues to play from the laptop speakers. I have tested multiple Bluetooth earphones, and the issue occurs with all of them.

I contacted Microsoft (Windows) support, and after some troubleshooting, they informed me that the issue appears to stem from the laptop’s Bluetooth software or drivers, which may be unstable. They advised me to reach out to the laptop manufacturer for further assistance.

I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue, as it is affecting my ability to use Bluetooth audio devices with the laptop. I've tried - Tested multiple Bluetooth earphones, Unpaired and re-paired devices, Updated Bluetooth drivers, Restarted the Bluetooth service, Contacted Microsoft support
