I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Bluetooth! Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Check Bluetooth Settings:
- Ensure Bluetooth is turned on. Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and make sure Bluetooth is enabled.
Restart Bluetooth Service:
- Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
- Find Bluetooth Support Service, right-click, and select Restart.
Update Bluetooth Driver:
- Open Device Manager (right-click the Start button and select Device Manager).
- Expand the Bluetooth category.
- Right-click your Bluetooth device (e.g., Qualcomm Atheros or Generic Bluetooth adapter) and select Update driver.
- Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
Uninstall and Reinstall Bluetooth Driver:
- In Device Manager, right-click your Bluetooth device and select Uninstall device.
- Check the box to delete the driver software for this device.
- Restart your laptop. Windows should automatically reinstall the driver.
Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
- Select Bluetooth and run the troubleshooter.
