I am using Poly Voyager 4320 UC but its no more working. There are some issues with Adapter and the voice handle is also broken. I am able to connect with bluetooth. Is there a way to get new adapter to connect the headset with laptop?

Welcome to HP Poly company.

You should be able to connect the headset with the laptop using native Bluetooth. You can also purchase a spare adapter BT700 using Part Numbers:

  • 217877-01 - BT700 USB-A
  • 217878-01 - BT700 USB-C

If the headset is still under warranty, I would request you contact our HP Support and our Support Engineers will help you in replacing the adapter. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.
