Is anyone else having issues trying to register your poly headset? I filled out the form and checked the box but can not click on the submit button.

HI @Jammerjonn,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're having trouble registering your new Poly Voyager headset and the Submit button isn't clickable, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here’s a step-by-step guide to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

1. Check Browser Compatibility

  • Supported Browsers: Ensure you're using a compatible browser. Poly’s registration site might work best with modern browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. If you’re using Safari, Internet Explorer, or an older browser, try switching to a different one.

2. Ensure All Required Fields Are Filled

  • Complete the Form: Double-check that all required fields in the registration form are filled out correctly. Sometimes, missing or incorrectly formatted information can prevent the form from being submitted.

3. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies

  • Clear Cache: Cached data and cookies can sometimes interfere with website functionality. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then reload the registration page.

4. Disable Browser Extensions

  • Extensions: Some browser extensions or add-ons might interfere with website forms. Try disabling them temporarily and see if the issue persists.

5. Try a Different Device

  • Alternative Device: If possible, try registering the headset from a different computer or mobile device. This can help determine if the issue is specific to your current device.

6. Check for Internet Connectivity Issues

  • Stable Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Sometimes, connection issues can prevent forms from being submitted properly.

7. Update Browser and System

  • Browser and OS: Make sure your browser and operating system are up-to-date. Updates can resolve compatibility issues with websites.

8. Enable JavaScript

  • JavaScript: Ensure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings. Many forms rely on JavaScript to function correctly.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Thanks for your help but still can not click on the submit button even though the mouse pointer switches to the hand. I'm on a windows 11 system and I have the Brave, Chrome, Firefox and Edge browsers and none of them will work. I'm using the serial number on the box and I verified it's the same as on the bluetooth.

I just tried to register my headset on two other computers and all 3 now will not allow to click the submit button. Therefore it's a webpage issue. In fact, try to register something and see if you can click on the button. Thanks
