Product: Poly Voyager Focus 2

I'm not able to update Poly Voyager Focus 2 headset from 0.0.644.3576. to 0.0.787.4266 on poly lens app on Android. It just spins saying updating and never shows more than 0% downloads/updated.
Same update is not available for MAC OS. Please help.

Please try connecting the headset to a PC using a USB cable to update the firmware.
