Can you please let me know if the Backbeat Fit 6100S headset battery can be replaced? I charge the unit, use it for about an hour and it says battery medium. I turn it off then the next day it won't evn turn on as the battery is too flat.

Hello Rod30305891, welcome to the HP Poly community.
I am really sorry to inform you that the Poly Backbeat Fit 6100 battery cab be recharged but a non-replaceable lithium-ion polymer battery.
However, you could try draining the charge of the headset completely and then charge it once again to 100 percent and check if the battery issue resolves, also please try charging the headset with a different charger and power source to check if the issue still persists.
If the issue still persists, I request you to please reach out to Poly customer support at 800-985-9815 for further warranty and replacement related queries.
