Hello, welcome to the HP Poly community.
1. Please check if you have plugged in the USB dongle to the PC and it is working.
2. Please install the Poly Lens application and check for firmware updates and update them.
3. Please restore the settings to default on the Poly Lens application and switch off and switch on the headset to save the changes done on the application.
