Head set won't turn on or charge

Hi Djbubble01,

Welcome to HP Poly community!

You can try charging the headset using different charging cable and different socket.
If you are still unable to charge the headset, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team at 800-985-9815 to replace the headset under warranty.
