Voyager 8200

When listening to anything on the internet i.e. videos, music. The headset would mute it when I answered a call. Now for some reason it doesn't, it raises the volume on what i'm listening to and I have to scramble to turn it off.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with the Voyager 8200 headset. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below and test the headset:

1. Verify and update the firmware of the headset using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
2. Reset or disable the sensors of the headset using the Poly Lens application.
3. Reset the headset using the Poly Lens application.

If the issue persists, I would advise you to contact our HP Support team. Our Support Engineers should be able to resolve the problem. HP Support can be reached through the provided link.
