Hello JDDavis, welcome to the HP Poly community.
I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager Legend.
Could you please try a few troubleshooting steps and let me know if it helps?
1. Could you please try pairing the headset to the phone once again?
1 Wearing your headset, power it on. You hear “pairing” and the headset indicator lights flash red and blue.
2 Activate Bluetooth® on your phone and set it to search for new devices.
• Android™ > Bluetooth: On > Scan for devices*
NOTE *Menus may vary by device.
3 Select “PLT_Legend.”
If necessary, enter four zeros (0000) for the passcode or accept the connection.
Once successfully paired, you hear “pairing successful” and the headset indicator lights stop flashing.
2. Could you please try pairing the headset to any other mobile phone or PC?
3. Could you please restore the settings to default on the Poly Lens application? Once done please switch off and switch on the headset to save the changes made.
4. Could you please check for any firmware updates and update them?

Regards,
Meghana
