So I downloaded the poly app last month so I could update my headset and dongle. Everything fell apart there. 

since that fateful decision if I try to use the dongle I get no audio sent through to the headset. They say they are paired but unless I’m in the sound/audio settings tab from the settings menu. My headset stopped showing up on the poly app. 

when I connect via blue tooth it works but then I don’t have the same features. Just wondering if this is something anyone else has noticed? When I dig deeper into the audio settings it says the device is working properly but the logs show it wasn’t migrated correctly?? 

anyone found a fix? I am a teacher and teach virtually and this has been a nightmare!!

Hello Hingemare, welcome to the HP Poly community.
I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager Focus UC.
Could you please try a few troubleshooting steps and let me know if it works?
1. Could you please try connecting the headset in a different PC and check if the issue persists?
2. Could you please try using a different BT700 and check?
3. Could you please try connecting to a mobile phone and check if it works?
4. Please uninstall the Poly Lens application and re install it, then please restart your PC and then connect the headset and check if it is detecting on the application.
