Headset won't disconnect Teams calls

I have the Poly Lens app installed but when I try to end a call with the headset, it won't disconnect the call.  I don't see any way to check for firmware updates.  It only shows a place to upload an update but there are none available.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Poly Voyager 5200 UC.

Could you please connect the headset via the USB cable to the PC, check if the headset is detected on the Poly Lens application, and also check if the call can be disconnected via the headset?

I will try that.  Should I see both Voyager 5200 Series and BT600 listed in Poly Lens?

I connect with the USB adapter, by the way.

Yes, you should see both. Connect the BT600 separately, connect the headset via USB cable, and then follow the steps mentioned in the article to check if the issue persists.

What do you mean by separately?  Aren't they one and the same?

Connect the BT600 to one USB port and the headset to the PC via the USB cable to another USB port.

I get the same result.  Tapping the disconnect button does nothing.
