The app doesnt allow me to send a beeping signal to find my bluetooth.

Hi @trjones,

Welcome to the HP Poly community!

In order to find the headset with the help of the application, the headset has to be connected to the device via Bluetooth.

 It is connected.  I just spoke to poly cust service& she informed me they have disabled the option to find your device on the app which is absurd! It looks like you work with them but maybe you're not as familiar. I've been a user of plantronics Bluetooth for about 12yrs & this change makes me want to find a new company.
