Voyager Surround 80 M UC USB-C

Hi, I have very low mic sound on my Voyager surround 80. I am using it on Windows 10 with USB C. I have tried to update the firmware and set mic sound to max in windows settings. But it will not help.

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with your Voyager 80 headset. I understand how important it is to have your headset working smoothly, and I’m here to assist you. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to help resolve the issue:
 

1. Set the Headset as the Default Device: Ensure that the Voyager 80 is set as the default audio device both on your PC and in your softphone application.

2. Check and Update the Firmware: Using the Poly Lens application on your PC, please verify and update the firmware of the headset to ensure it’s running the latest version.

3. Disable or Reset the headset sensors: You can reset or disable the sensors through the Poly Lens application to help address any sensor-related issues.

4. Reset the Headset: Lastly, please perform a full reset of the headset using the Poly Lens application to restore it to its default settings.

Hi, I have the same issue with very low mic volume to a point it is useless for making calls. Especially conference calls where every other member is "normal level".

 

Receive sound is ok.

 

Firmware has been updated, headset reset several times to default as well as trying different settings, phones and PC's.
HP support have sent out replacements, but have the same issue.

Basically given up on Poly.
