Voyager 6200 UC USB-A

I have a Poly Voyager 6200 UC headset. The headset is connected to my laptop with the USB & to my android phone by Bluetooth. The headset work fine overall, however, during calls on PC (Teams) or on my phone (regular GSM), people complaint, they cannot hear me clearly. This headset is turning to be a big set back & disappointment.

Hello FK75, welcome to the HP Poly community.
I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager 6200 UC.
Could you please connect the USB dongle to the PC and pair the headset and the dongle and then do a test call on teams on PC and then let us know if the issue still persists?
Also please connect the headset to the PC and check for firmware updates on the Poly Lens application and update them if there are any.
Please restore the settings to default on the Poly Lens application by connecting the headset to PC.
Once done please switch off and switch on the headset to save the changes made.

Hello Meghana,

I have tried what you recommended. The mic works fine with Teams call on my PC. However, the mic becomes distorted and unclear on my android phone calls. I unpaired the headset from my android phone and connected to another iphone, made a test call and the mic worked fine, crisp clear voice on the call from the headset. I reconnected the headset to my android phone again and made a test call, the call was crisp and clear from the headset. Next day I connected the headset to my android phone again and the issue with the mic came back again. 

FYI the Firmware is up to date. Short story....sometimes it connects well to my phone and sometimes it does not.
