Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was asked about the very poor microphone quality - this has never happened to me in 8 years of Plantronics/Polycom/Poly experience. But in fact, unfortunately you can hear me very badly, distorted.

This was noticed after the last firmware update :   231.591.0.5039

 

As soon as you change the ANC modes on the case, I can suddenly be heard again - unfortunately that doesn't always work!

Free 60+ 's microphone quality is bad. 

No matter which verion of frimware you are using...

 

I live in Hong Kong.

It's not suitable for outdoor.
