Voyager FOCUS2 UC USB-A
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We use 12 Poly Voyager Focus 2 headsets in the same (large) office. In my laptop I'm using the BT700 USB adapter to connect to my headset. Now my BT700 is connecting to my colleague's Voyager unit and not to mine. I can't use my device as I was possible able in last year. We did not changed the headset (all of it marked).

Hello, @TiborMau, and welcome to the HP Poly community.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager Focus 2.

Could you please clear the trusted devices on the Poly Lens application by connecting the headset to the PC? The steps are provided below. Once done please re-pair the headset to the PC and check if the issue is resolved.

Connect your device to your phone.

  1. Launch Poly Lens Mobile.
  2. From the device page, select.
  3. Select Settings > Reset Device.
  4. Select Clear.

    Regards,
    Meghana

Hello Meghana,

Thanks you for your help.

Unfortunately when I go to Poly Lens / Voyager Focus2 Series / Settings / Reset Device, there is no Clear option.
I can only restore all the factory settings of my device. I have tried this before but it did not help.

I am using Poly Lens Desktop Version: 1.3.2

Thank you for the update, @TiborMau
Could you please uninstall the Poly Lens application and install the Plantronics Hub application, follow the same steps, and let me know if it resolves the issue? The link to Plantronics Hub is provided below.
Download Plantronics Hub by Plantronics, Inc. (informer.com)

Thanks again for the help Meghana,

I have uninstalled the Poly Lens and installed the Plantronics Hub.

I do not see any way to see the headset. I have information on the Poly BT700 and some settings. But nothing about what you are referring to.

Regards,

Tibor

Hello Meghana,

Let me mention another thing that relates to this issue. If my colleague's headset is on when I start my laptop and switch on my headset, his headset immediately connects to my BT700. The only way I can get my connection back is if he turns his headset off and I turn my headset on again after he has turned it off. Once my headset is connected, he can switch on and we can both work until the next morning when the whole process starts again. This happens with the Plantronics Hub application, not just the Poly Lens app.

Regards,

Tibor
