Voyager 5200 UC USB-A
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When a connect to zoom, my audio starts to break, I can listen to people quite normal, but they start to lose me, my voice starts to break up and people cannot understand what I say. I have updated all software in the Poly lens app for both the headset Voyager 5200 and the USB adapter BT700 and I still get the same problem, this does not happen with other Bluetooth headsets I have like air Pods and others.

Kindly verify that the Zoom application is updated to the latest .
Kindly reset the headset using the Poly Lens application.
