My poly voyager headset 4310 keeps disconnecting mid call.

Hello lindsay39, welcome to the HP Poly community.
Could you please follow the troubleshooting steps mentioned below?
1. Please connect the headset to the PC and check for the firmware updates on the Poly Lens application and update the firmware.
2. Could you please restore the settings to default on the Poly Lens application?

3. Could you please try with any other PC or mobile phone to check if the issue still persists?
Once done please switch off and switch on the headset again to save the changes done.
