Trying to contact support as my Voyager 5200 UC headset keeps disconnecting.  Went to the phone app to try and start a support case.  Fine- I enter my Google sign-in and it asks me to go to YouTube to verify.  I do this.  It takes me back to the original sign-in screen.  I do this an additional 7-times before I realize I'm in groundhog day.  So then I go on my PC, create an account- works great.  First question is it asks me for a serial number for the headset.  I can't find it, so like the good little consumer I go through a sea of help files designed to assist in finding the serial.  Only issue is there is no help for finding a serial on the 5200 series!  There is no 800 number they offer- so now I have to post this message on a friking community board to ask how I get support?  Anyone want to take a stab at this, or did I just pick the wrong company to purchase a product from?
