I have a new vfocus2 that anc does not work on. I can hear background noise around me at the same level whether anc is off, set to 1 or 2. I have updated the firmware, tried with dongle, bluetooth only and wired only. I have also tried it on a different laptop and by completely draining tge battery. Seems to be a common issue. Is there a fix? I need a headset that works with Teams (mute, unmute, answer, hold calls) while away from.my computer and blocks noise around me so I can concentrate on my work.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your Voyager Focus 2 headset. I completely understand how important it is for your headset to function properly, and I appreciate you taking the time to share the troubleshooting steps you've already performed.
 

To further assist, I’d recommend trying the following additional steps:
 

  1. Set as Default Device: Please ensure the headset is set as the default audio device on both your PC and any softphone applications you’re using.
  2. Reset the Headset: Perform a reset of the headset using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
     

These steps often help resolve persistent issues. Please give them a try and let us know if the problem continues—we’re here to help

The vfocus2 is my default device. Resetting to factory defaults did not help. Note this issue is with headphones anc, not the mic anc.  When in a noisy office environment, I can hear my coworkers at the same volume level with anc set to off, 1 or 2.  Returned your 4320's because they didn't support anc and replaced with the more expensive vfocus2 specifically for anc support. From your product page:
