My Bluetooth says 1 hour talk time I can't seem to get anymore than that.  Is the battery not charged enough or is it defective. I've charged it overnight.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to test and potentially resolve the issue:
 

  • Verify and update the headset firmware using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
  • Fully drain the headset battery, then recharge it completely before testing it again.
  • Disable or reset the wearing sensors using the Poly Lens application.
  • Perform a full headset reset via the Poly Lens application on your PC.
     

Once you've completed these steps, please test the headset and let us know if the issue persists. We're here to support you every step of the way.
