Plantronics Voyager Focus UC

Perpetual beeping / intermittent audio when in phone call. Works ok with audio streaming.

Any assistance available from the support community would be much appreciated.

Hello, @Galjohn2, and welcome to the HP Poly community.

Could you please go to Poly Lens and go to Settings, under Settings, Audio Channel Tone? Please disable the audio channel tone.
Once done, please switch off the headset and switch on the headset to save the changes made in the application.

Thanks for your suggestion. However, I do not have a setting called Audio Channel Tone. Can you advise if there is anything else I can try, please?

I am really sorry for the miscommunication.
Please uninstall the Poly Lens application and install the Plantronics Hub, check if you can find audio channel tone under the settings menu when the headset is connected to the PC, and let me know if the issue is resolved.

I did that but the menu options are the same on the Hub, see below, I don't see an option for Audio Channel Tone??
