Product: Voyager 5200 UC

The charging case stopped blinking blue lights or ted and does not charge the headset. Headset charges only connecting the USB cable to a computer or phone charger. Is there any way to fix it?

Hello Miguel, welcome to the HP Poly community.
Could you please try charging any other headset with the charging case to check if the charging case is working?
Also please try charging this headset with any other charging case, just to confirm if the headset is charging with the case.
