Hello,

 

I've got a Plantronics Poly Focus Voyager UC headset. On the left is a switch for Noise Canceling. ON or OFF. Customers keep on complaining that they hear a lot of background noises. I'm using the BT laptop option. The quality of speech and sound is perfect btw. Really happy with this product except the ANC. I've downloaded the last firmware and loaded the software on my windows laptop. I can change a lot off settings but nothing due to Noise Canceling. I don't think it's available for this product, besided the switch which doesn't do the trick. 

 

Ani ideas someone ? Thx in advance 🙂

Hello, welcome to the HP Poly community.
We are extremely sorry to hear that you are facing ANC issues. 
Please confirm if you the BT700 provided along with the headset is connected to the PC.
Also please restore the settings to default on the Poly Lens application with the headset connected to PC. Once the settings are changed, please switch off and switch on the headset to save the settings.
