When I attempt to update the firmware from 522 to 614 via Poly Lens it fails. There is no usable error. I then attempted to use Plantronics Hub and it was unable to update as well. I have done fresh reboots, full power cycles of the headset and having the headset plugged into the PC via USB. All of these attempts result in the same thing.

 

I click on update, it sits at zero percent for around one minute. Then it states the following.

Software Update Failed

Uh oh. We have a problem.

The software update didn't successfully complete.
