Voyager 5200 UC USB-A

I'm having an issue with my V5200 being too loud at the minimum volume. It's not too high for me to use, but I do need to lower Windows Volume to 1 and Teams volume to 50% to comfortable listen. Is this a common issue? Troubleshooting steps I've tried; USB adapter is connected directly to the PC and set as the default device under the system settings as well as the team setting, poly lens application is installed, headset is up to date with the latest firmware, sensors are reset from poly lens, I can adjust the volume on the headset, Windows Sound setting is 1 and Microsoft Teams Input is 50, On my iPhone with the lowest setting, I can clearly hear audio in a quiet room, Restore defaults from poly lens,  battery reset procedure  (While the headset is switched off, hold the volume ( - ) toggle switch, the Answer/End button, and the mute/pause button all three together. The LED will flash blue for a second).

Hi @MattRossHDR Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

It seems like you have tried almost all the troubleshooting steps, and it looks like the headset is faulty. I would request that you contact HP Support to get the headset replaced if it is under warranty, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:
