Voyager 4310 UC USB-A

My Voyager 4310 (firmware 0.0.2134.3260) using the BT700 (firmware 0.0.1122.4724) works as a headset with 3CX softphone ok so far as the headset speaker and mic work but the answer button doesn't work. I have followed the instructions as per 3CX Windows Softphone Beta: Poly & Scheduled Conferencing and have also downloaded and tried this with both 3CX and 3CX Beta (version 20.0.990.0) apps from the Microsoft store and regardless of what I try I can't use the answer button on the headset to answer calls.

I have also tried this with a Blackwire 8225 (firmware 1.1166.73.2016) and am experiencing the same issue. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Hello @Lukswa, Welcome to the HP Poly Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the Poly device.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution. We hope our assistance has been helpful!

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please let us know the 3CX softphone model that you have?

However, it is essential that the 3CX softphone and its version strictly align with the compatibility guide provided below. Additionally, the SDK must be enabled in the Plantronics Hub application to ensure that the remote answer function operates correctly.

Please refer to the link below for the softphone compatibility details and supported versions.

Hi @Meghana_10, I checked the article you linked however I'm not sure if it's out of date as 3CX v16 has been end of support for a long time and v18 went end of support end of last year. v20 is the current version.

Thank you so much for the response. @Lukswa.

I regret to inform you that the 3CX softphone version should be as mentioned in the compatibility guide for all the features to work efficiently.

However, I will check and verify and let you know if there is anything else that we can do to resolve the issue.
