Poly Voyager Focus 2 is disconnecting from PC on mute/unmute in Cisco Webex
The firmware are updated to latest one by Poly lens and Plantronics Hub still issue persists
> Start the meeting in Cisco webex
> Mute/unmute using button or sliding mic
> Immediately headphone will disconnect from BT700 dongle
> I tested it with connecting to laptop Bluetooth directly , there is no issues but mute/unmute with button and sliding mic wont work but it wont disconnect.
> Share me old firmware i need to test it oldest ones, suspecting new firmware are making issues.

Hello Team,
As i suspected it is the firmware issue. I have installed Plantronics hub software and downgraded the firmware of both headset and BT700 dongle and issue fixed.
Headset firmware downgraded to : v.0.0.610.3240
BT700 dongle downgraded to : v.0.0.315.2299
Link to download Plantronics hub

Steps to install firmware on headset: (Connect the headset to laptop via cable)
- Open Plantronics hub
- Check the product id from the main page
- Download the required firmware from website mentioned above
- extract the folder to see the matching product id folder
- in plantronics hub Go to help-> Support--> firmware update and recovery--> Local file update-> Select appropriate file
(Make sure to choose headset or dongle on the top drop down)

Hello, @Azeem_, and welcome to the HP Poly community.
I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager Focus 2.
The Poly Voyager Focus 2 is compatible with the Cisco Webex application but it works only in Windows OS and the version should be 7.3.1
Please check the parameters and let me know if the issue still exists. I will assist you further.
Regards,
Meghana

Hello,
On January 14, 2020, Windows 7 is no longer being supported by Microsoft. !!!!!
We are not using Win 7 anymore.
Could you please share me the doc link where it says only Win 7 is supported for this model ?
Could you please double check if its Cisco Webex teams or Cisco Webex meet ?
also share me the link to download the previous firmware for headset. The older software versions seems not making any issues.
