My Poly Voyager Focus 2 headset can connect to my Windows 11 laptop via bluetooth directly with both mic & audio for a short while, in less than a min, the audio output no longer get connected, and only showing as 'Bluetooth mic' on the bluebooth device list. 

 

I've tried to disconnect and reconnect again, but still the same behavior repeat everytime.

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with the Voyager Focus 2 headset. I completely understand how important it is for the device to work flawlessly. To help resolve the issue, I kindly ask you to follow these troubleshooting steps and test the headset:
 

  1. Verify and update the firmware for both the headset and the BT700 using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
  2. If you are using a docking station, please connect the BT700 directly to your PC instead.
  3. Ensure the headset is set as the default device on both your PC and softphone.
  4. Reset the headset using the Poly Lens application, then re-pair it with the BT700 and test again.
