Poly Voyager Focus

I have an issue with my headset during calls :

it's beeping constantly, as if i receive an incoming call. but it's happening every time and from the very beginning of the call. it's like my phone picks up twice. it results a muted/unmuted sound, unusable. 

i have replicated this issue with 2 devices (pc and phone), and i have this problem only during calls : other sound applications work well on my 2 devices.

 

My headset worked perfectly, it happened some day without identified reason. I'm not sure but it seems to me like a firmware issue. i have the latest firmware version (v715), i'd like to test an older firmware version but i can't find firmware files anywhere, and it seems that the "reset option" on the desktop app do not reinstall the firmware version. 

 

Can somebody give me some help ?

Hello SylvainK1, welcome to the HP Poly community.
Could you please go to Poly Lens and go to settings, under settings Audio Channel tone? Please disable the audio channel tone.
Once done please switch off the headset and switch on the headset to save the changes made in the application.

Hello Meghana, thank you for your help, 

it seems i do not have a "audio channel tone" option in my settings (printscreens below) , i don't see which option i can disable to try to fix my issue. 

 

my idea to go back to an old firmware version (older than v715) is irrelevant according to you ?

I would request you to please reach out to Poly customer support at 800-985-9815 for further assistance as downgrading the firmware needs to be checked with the internal team. Please check with our support team.
